How many guests can stay?
The condo accommodates up to six, but it is generally best suited to a couple, small family, solo professional or one to two trainees. It has one private bedroom; additional beds are in the shared living area.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m.
What is the minimum stay?
The standard minimum stay is three nights.
What deposit is required?
A $150 security deposit is required when booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 30 days before arrival. Later cancellations forfeit the security deposit.
Is the condo pet friendly?
No pets of any kind are allowed.
Is smoking permitted?
No. Smoking is not permitted inside the condo.
Is the unit accessible without stairs?
No. The condo is on the second floor and is reached by exterior stairs. Guests with mobility concerns should discuss their needs before booking.
Is there laundry in the condo?
Laundry is not inside the unit. Full-size coin laundry is located nearby.
Is the pool open all year?
No. The resort pools are seasonal, and their schedule is controlled by Woodson Bend.
Can I bring a boat or trailer?
Contact Tony before booking so current resort registration, parking, launch and trailer requirements can be confirmed.
Can I book a monthly stay?
Yes, when dates are available. Ask Tony with the exact dates, guest count and reason for travel.
Does this site represent Woodson Bend Resort?
No. This website represents one privately owned condo at Woodson Bend. Resort amenities and rules are controlled by Woodson Bend.

Three-night minimum. No smoking. No pets. Guests may incur additional charges for excessive cleanup or failure to take out trash.
